Sports clubs rely on volunteers for their weekly operations, but organizing them is often a nightmare. ClubDuty started as an internal experiment to solve that frustration. Through interviews with coaches, coordinators, and parents, we mapped the recurring pain points: missed shifts, last-minute swaps, and constant reminders that drain everyone’s time. The goal: build a lightweight automation system that manages recurring duties without turning into enterprise software.
ClubCards, Reinventing Loyalty, Without the Noise

ClubCards was created as a minimalist alternative to bloated loyalty apps. Users were tired of push notifications, tracking, and banner ads, they just wanted one clean, reliable app for all their cards. This project started with a simple insight: the utility of loyalty cards is valuable, the experience around them is not.
Credion Loan Overview for B2B Users

Hey there! In this case study, we dive into the redesign of Credion’s loan overview page for B2B users. Facing challenges with low traffic, we conducted in-depth user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights. Our findings revealed complex information presentation and poor comparability as key issues. By streamlining the layout, enhancing visual clarity, and implementing a card-based comparison design, we significantly improved user engagement and conversion rates.
